Refund Policy

30 DAY WARRANTY

All of our items are covered with a FREE Replacement Warranty for 30 days starting from the date of your purchase. If and when the item you have purchased isn’t the same as stated in the description, or if it is defective concerns, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will automatically send you the correct package or you can request a refund.

Make sure to take pictures of your defective products and send it to us at support@northsidedog.com so we can better help you.

Please Note: Our refund policy does not include the misuse of the item, accidental damage, or any other forms of abuse on the specified product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and Refunds are only valid for 30 days or 48 hours after receipt. If it’s more than 30 days since the product was purchased or 48 hours after receipt, we will not be able to give you a refund nor an exchange.

Follow the steps below if you would like a refund.  

Products may only be returned when they are in their original condition and packaging. Any items that have been damaged by the client cannot be refunded.

E-mail us at support@northsidedog.com in order to request your Return Authorization Number. Please explain in detail the reason for wanting to return the product, AND including pictures and/or videos.

Upon approval, you’re going to receive a RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you send back the product.

Only use a trackable mail service, as North Side Dog is not responsible for any lost products our packages. You will also have to pay for the shipping costs for the return of your package.

Please note: When you receive a refund, the payment cost of the shipping will automatically be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will want to send the package back as a “gift” as our company does not cover the customs fees for returns, and the package could possibly be returned to you.

Upon receiving the package, your item will be verified. After which, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

You will also receive a receipt.  It will be sent to the e-mail address you used when you first made the purchase.

 

Partial or no-refund?

There are also certain situations where you’ll only be granted partial or no-refunds:

Any product that’s not in perfect condition or that has missing parts,

Any product that’s not returned within 30 days after delivery, and

Products that are sanitary or flammable liquids are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds?

It often takes time before refunds are processed.

Check with your bank account.

Contact your bank.

Contact your credit card company as well.

If you have done the above and there’s no sign of your refund, then please contact us at support@northsidedog.com.

Exchanges? (If applicable)

Our company only replaces items that are either defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the specified item with the same product, kindly contact us at support@northsidedog.com. 

Sale/Promotion Items? (If applicable)

Items that are only regularly priced are allowed to be refunded. Unfortunately, items that are on sale cannot be refunded.

Canceling Orders?

Unfortunately, our company will not be able to cancel your order the moment you input it into the system.

If you do cancel it before it has been processed and shipped, there is a 20% cancellation fee, this is used to cover restocking fees as well as charges incurred by us from the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons

As much as we would love to help you in any way we can, we will not be able to refund your item if you no longer want the product. Nor if you found the product somewhere else after the purchase was made. Please insure you want the item and are happy to pay the purchase price before you make your purchase. When you have submitted the order, you entered into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase the items ordered.
